Beam is a HR consulting firm that focuses on recruiting strategy and recruiting technology. The client had a concept relating a sunbeam helping a sprout to grow, recruiting that helps a young company grow. She wanted the brand to come across as polished, self-assured, and modern. Using a bright pop of yellow and bold contrast of navy, I believe we were able to accomplish this goal.
